ThrottlingException¶

- The parsed error response. All exceptions have a top level - Errorkey that provides normalized access to common exception atrributes. - serviceCode (string) – - Identifies the service that is being throttled. 
- quotaCode (string) – - Identifies the quota that is being throttled. 
- retryAfterSeconds (integer) – - The number of seconds a client should wait before retrying the request. 
- context (dict) – - Information about the resources in use when the exception was thrown. - (string) – - (string) – 
 
 
- Error (dict) – Normalized access to common exception attributes. - Code (string) – An identifier specifying the exception type. 
- Message (string) – A descriptive message explaining why the exception occured.
