This exception occurs when the specified resource could not be found.
message (string) –
resourceId (string) –
The identifier of the resource that the exception applies to.
resourceType (string) –
The type of the resource that the exception applies to.
Error (dict) – Normalized access to common exception attributes.
Code (string) – An identifier specifying the exception type.
Message (string) – A descriptive message explaining why the exception occured.
